12 Months to a Healthier You

I love this.  I mean, I really love this.  Last year, I attended a Vision Board seminar and absolutely loved it.  I tried to walk others through it.  Some loved it, some, not so much.  I’m going to do it again and happy to walk anyone else through it, if you just want a refresher or if you’ve never done it before.  That takes care of January.

Each month I will revisit these, until I get to October where I’m asked to sign up for a 5K.  Yeah, no.  Yes, I know I can walk it if I don’t want to run, it’s just I  don’t like being told I have to run.  I want to run, or walk, at my own will.  Of course I may change my mind by the time October rolls around.  Stay tuned.

Best way to end the year and rally to start the new year.  Bears v Vikings game.  Regardless of the outcome, it was an Epic day!

Not the “healthiest” way to start a day…but it sure was the best way!
